🥾 The plan
The Cingles de Vallcebre hike is one of the hidden gems of Alt Berguedà, offering a chance to walk along the stunning limestone cliffs that surround the village of Vallcebre. From here, you’ll get to soak in amazing views of the surrounding mountains, like the Sierra del Cadí, Moixeró, Catllaràs, Ensija, the Baells Reservoir, and, of course, the iconic Pedraforca. This 13 km circular route is packed with interesting stories, from a tragic plane crash to the tough life in the village before roads existed, and even the area’s claim to fame as Europe’s largest dinosaur footprint site.
But it’s not just about the views—this trail is also about enjoying the little things along the way. We’ll pass by beautiful natural pools where we can refresh our feet and relax in the peaceful surroundings. This hike is the perfect mix of adventure, history, and pure…
