Hike to the lake of Banyoles and tasting of yummy local pastries

The plan Let’s go to one of the largest natural lakes in Catalonia, which is hosting a very rich variety of flora and fauna species, and which has been recognized as a protected area by the Natura 2000 network. We’ll hike up to the highest spot of the area, to Sant Patllari. From its 647m high mirador, we’ll get a beautiful panoramic view of the entire area. We’ll visit the inside of the mysterious “Estunes”, wich are very peculiar craks in the rock, we‘ll walk along the shore of the lake for around 2km and we’ll have the opportunity to stop at various viewpoints to observe the birds. And finally... we’ll taste the best "xuixo" in the world, a delicious local and very sweet pastry!

How do we get there? Sharing private cars from Barcelona. During the booking process you’ll be invited to tell us if you have a car and how many people can come with you. Each passenger will pay €15 to the driver to cover gas and tolls expenses. You can also meet us on the spot at 9:30 AM.

Cancellation policy: if cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.
